As you may have noticed, the bathroom tends to get dirty faster due to the large amount of germs and bacteria it comes into contact with on a daily basis, as well as the soap that sticks to the tiles and the black mold that occurs due to constant humidity.

Not to mention intestinal bacteria that, strangely enough, jump onto other surfaces such as tiles, doors, handles, taps or even toothbrushes.

In addition to being incredibly effective as a cleaner and degreaser,   white vinegar deeply disinfects surfaces and protects us from germs and bacteria.

White vinegar to clean the toilet

If you want to remove brown and black toilet stains and kill bacteria, spray 250 ml of white vinegar all over the surface and wait 20-30 minutes. Then use a sponge or toothbrush to scrub the surfaces thoroughly and rinse. The toilets will be as good as new.

White vinegar to make tiles shine

Over time, bathroom tiles tend to lose their shine due to soap build-up and mildew. To restore their original shine, mix 250 ml of vinegar with 250 ml of water and spray on the tiles.

After about 10 minutes, wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove residue and then rinse. If the tiles are very dirty, it may be necessary to apply the method twice.

White vinegar to clean the shower door

Limescale and soap scum also build up on the glass shower door. To remove them, mix 2 tablespoons of white vinegar with 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a glass of hot water.

Spray onto shower door and after 15 minutes, scrub with a sponge and rinse. Finally, dry with a clean cloth to avoid drips and streaks.

White vinegar to clean and disinfect the sink

Germs and bacteria build up in the sink and form brown stains or mold. Three simple natural ingredients are enough to clean it thoroughly.

Pour some baking soda onto a sponge and clean the entire sink, scrubbing thoroughly. Rinse well and spray a solution made up of 250 ml of white vinegar and the juice of one lemon. Continue scrubbing, preferably with a toothbrush, and finally rinse.
