The autumn bundt cake: delicious and easy to prepare!
Ingredients
We need:
300 gr of flour
one cup of chopped walnuts 225 gr of granulated sugar
two cups of grated carrots 200 ml of oil
200 ml of milk20 gr of baking
powder a teaspoon of cinnamon
5 gr of vanilla
four eggs
The cup we will use to weigh the ingredients must be 200 milliliters.
Preparation
The first thing is to break the eggs into a nice large bowl, then add the granulated sugar and beat the two ingredients with an electric whisk. When we have an airy, light and frothy mixture in our hands, add the oil and milk and work everything for a few more seconds.
At this point, the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla will also enter the mixture. We start processing the ingredients again with our motorized whisk, at a speed that is not too high.
When everything acquires a uniform consistency, add the carrots, which we have grated previously, and the chopped walnuts to the mix. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and mix slowly with a spatula.
At this point, the obligatory move is to retrieve a donut mold: all we have to do is grease it with butter and then pour our dough into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes or until it takes on a nice golden color. When the bundt cake is ready, let it cool to room temperature and then turn it out by turning it over on a flat plate.
Then we sprinkle it with powdered sugar and bring it to the table.
