– Clean the bathroom with baking soda

The first step to take to eliminate bad odors from toilets is to clean the bathroom from top to bottom. To remove the smell of urine, baking soda is your best ally. Sprinkle it on the toilet bowl, the surface, the inside walls as well as the floor and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.

– Use white vinegar in the bathroom

The acetic acid in white vinegar not only cleans bathroom floors, walls, and toilets, but it also neutralizes any odors and urine residue that may be left behind. Simply mix a tablespoon of this product in a liter of hot water before spraying the liquid on the toilet walls and then on the area that smells like urine. To get rid of bad urine odors, you can prepare pills at home using: 1 cup of baking soda, 6 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of essential oil. Mix everything together before adding a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. From there, form small balls of this preparation and let it sit overnight. The next morning, put it in the toilet bowl and then flush it.  A lemon scent will immediately spread throughout the bathroom.
