ingredients
- 235 ml (1 cup) milk 245 ml
- (1 cup) water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 10 g dry yeast
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil 620 g
- (5 cups) flour (all uses)
- 1 clove of garlic 50 g
- (1/4 cup) ) butter Parsley
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Shape into balls. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Spread the cakes out and fry them in a preheated pan.
Mix the oil with the garlic and parsley. Grease each loaf with this mixture.
