Orchids, petunias, roses, geraniums and many other plants bloom without interruption

What do plants like orchids, petunias, roses and geraniums have in common? If we want them to bloom, they need to be fed and watered properly.

Although they are plants with different needs in terms of light, water and nutrients, there are some general tips that can help you have ever-flowering plants.

Plants of orchids, petunias, roses, geraniums always in full bloom

Spring is an ideal time of year to grow many crops. Some plants that can be considered for spring planting are annuals.

In fact, it is possible  to grow annual flowers such as petunias, begonias, impatiens and marigolds.  They are easy-to-grow plants that  produce showy, colorful blooms.

Many perennials also bloom in spring, such as irises, daffodils and tulips. These plants  bloom every year  and can create colorful and inviting gardens.

Even fruit plants if you have enough space, and spring is the ideal time to plant these trees so they can become well established before summer.

Spring is also  a good time to plant herbs  such as basil, mint, rosemary and thyme. These plants can be grown in pots or in the garden and are ideal for adding flavour to your dishes.

It should be remembered that  plants have specific needs  when it comes to light, water and nutrients, so make sure you choose plants that are suitable for your climate and growing area and that you follow the specific care instructions for each plant you want to grow.

Pruning is very important, so it is good to remove wilted flowers and dead plant parts to  stimulate continuous flowering.

Plants should  be fertilized regularly  with a balanced fertilizer for flowering plants. In general, petunias, geraniums and roses require fertilizers with high potassium content to promote flowering, while orchids require a special fertilizer for epiphytic plants (those that do not root in the soil).

How to make them bloom without stopping

Let’s see how   to promote active growth and lush flowering in garden flowers such as roses, petunias, geraniums and violets and other plants.

Make sure  the plants get enough sunlight  . Most of these plants need at least 6 hours of direct light daily. Roses also need good morning sun.

By providing a “  top dressing  ” we give the plants nitrogen for lush leaf growth  and  phosphorus  for root growth and development. As well as  potassium  for active shoots and lush flowering, as well as many  micro and other nutrients.

Also, avoid watering too much or too little. Check the soil moisture regularly and only water when the soil surface feels dry. In general, petunias, geraniums and roses need  regular watering,  while orchids require a more specific watering schedule.

With  top dressing  , it helps to restore even fragile and yellowed flowers and give them a more lush growth.

To prepare this dressing we need oatmeal, so we take  half a glass of oatmeal  and fill it into a liter jar.

We fill it to the brim with warm water and  let it rest for two or three days  . Then the solution is filtered and diluted with water in a ratio of 1 liquid to 4 water and finally  administered to the root of the plants.

If you want to feed the flowers in the garden, you can prepare a solution of 10 liters of water  with a cup of oatmeal  . Then it is left to infuse for three days, stirring each time, and then this water is used to water the plants.
There is no need to infiltrate the solution, just pour more soil on top.
