2 eggs and a little flour, this is how I make apple pie | It’s super creamy but without cream

The recipe for lots of apples and little dough: the easy and cheap apple pie!

Ingredients

We need:

2 eggs; 1 pinch of salt; 50 gr of sugar (3 tablespoons + 1/2); 100 ml of milk; the zest of half a lemon; the juice of half a lemon; 50 gr of butter; 80 gr of cake flour (four tablespoons); two large apples (or 4 small apples); a teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparation

The first thing is to crack two eggs into a large enough bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and mix with a hand whisk. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Now add 50 grams of sugar to the eggs and start mixing again with the whisk. Then we add 100 milliliters of milk (one glass) and resume mixing. When the milk is incorporated, grate the zest of half a lemon into the bowl and resume mixing.

After a while, add 25 grams of melted butter to the mix and resume stirring with the whisk. Then pour 80 grams of soft wheat flour into the mixture in two batches and mix between one batch and the other. Well, now that the flour has been incorporated, let’s move on to the apples.

We remove the core, peel them and then cut them into thin slices. Then we wet them with the juice of half a lemon so that they do not blacken.

Well, now let’s pass the apple in the dough bowl and mix. Now add a teaspoon of baking powder and start stirring again.

Now we take a baking dish, line it with parchment paper and then pour into it the dough that we have created so far. Level and pour over 25 grams of melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar and then put in the oven at 180 degrees for 55 minutes.

Good job, have fun and enjoy!
