Fragrant, soft and juicy cutlets with mustard – it’s not a sin to put this dish on the holiday table. Now everyone in my family loves only these cutlets.
To prepare you will need the following ingredients:
- any minced meat, 1 kg;
- onions, 1 – 2 pcs;
- loaf, 3 slices;
- eggs, 2 pcs;
- garlic, 1 clove;
- mustard, 2 tsp;
- milk, 100 ml;
- salt, pepper, spices.
Cooking process
Use minced meat to your liking; cold cuts are also great.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Soak the loaf in milk.
Squeeze the loaf and mix with minced meat, add eggs, grated garlic, onion, salt, pepper and spices to your taste. Fresh herbs won’t hurt either; if you don’t have any, add dry aromatic herbs.

Mix the minced meat well and add mustard, mix the minced meat, beat and leave for 10 minutes.
Tip : beat the minced meat for at least 10 minutes so that it is well saturated with oxygen, which will make the cutlets juicy and soft.
Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.

Serve with a variety of side dishes and sauces, and fresh vegetable salads.
