The jade tree , or crassula ovata, is a beautiful decorative succulent plant native to South Africa.
Like all succulents it is really easy to care for and grow, but special care must be taken to see it bloom . In fact, only the most mature plants will give you beautiful flowers, they must be at least ten years old.
Flowering usually occurs at the end of winter and consists of white and pink inflorescences that appear at the ends of the branches.
To make this happen, proceed this way.
- Fertilize it with natural compost at least once a month.
- Water it a little, only when you notice that the soil is completely dry and dry.
- Exposing it to cold , low temperatures can help the plant flower faster.
- Place it in bright places but never in direct light, otherwise you risk burning the leaves.
