The zucchini flatbread with only 195 calories!
Ingredients
250 gr of double zero
flour 160 gr of zucchini
30 gr of grated Parmesan cheese (Pecorino cheese is also fine)
eight zucchini flowers
315 ml of water
two teaspoons of salt
an onion to taste olive oil to taste breadcrumbsto taste pepper
Preparation
The first thing is to turn on the oven by setting a temperature of 200 degrees. Then you take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper (as an alternative to parchment paper, you can oil the bottom and then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs).
Now pour the water into a bowl, then add the flour and cheese, then mix the ingredients with a hand whisk.
Now wash the courgettes and cut them into very thin slices, then clean the onion and cut it into very fine slices. Then chop the zucchini flowers with your hands and add them to the dough.
Once all this is done, pour the dough into the pan or mold that we prepared at the beginning, leveling with a spatula and then wetting the surface with a drizzle of oil and sprinkling it with breadcrumbs.
At this point, all that remains is to put in the oven at 200 degrees for about fifty minutes. After 50 minutes, he lets it go for another quarter of an hour at 230 degrees.
When the schiacciatine is ready, let it cool slightly and then bring it to the table.
Have fun and enjoy!
