Ingredients
We need these ingredients:
3 eggs; a pinch of salt; 8 g vanilla sugar; 100 g granulated sugar; 80 ml of oil; 125 g yoghurt; 200 g of double-zero flour; 16 g of baking powder; strawberry jam and powdered sugar.
Preparation
The first thing to do is to crack three eggs into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt and 8 grams of vanilla sugar, then beat everything with a couple of electric whisks.
When we have a frothy mixture, add 100 grams of granulated sugar and continue beating with a whisk. Once you have obtained a light-colored cream, pour in 80 milliliters of oil and 125 grams of yogurt and resume mixing.
After about a couple of minutes, sift the flour (200 grams) into this dough, together with 16 grams of baking powder. Now mix everything with a hand whisk and then pour half of the cream we have just obtained into a pan that we have greased with butter.
We settle a little and then on this bed of cream we place strips of strawberry jam and on top of these the other half of the cream. Level and then add a few more teaspoons of strawberry jam, for decorative purposes.

At this point, all that remains is to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for thirty-five to forty minutes.
After we have taken the cake out of the oven, the final touch will be a generous sprinkling with powdered sugar and a few more spoonfuls of strawberry jam.
