Here’s the very, very moist recipe. Yogurt pancakes are light, dense, and most importantly, delicious. And it’s as easy as it is quick to prepare.
I also took the opportunity to try the savory pancakes (made with the same dough)…
Is the result really exceptional? Pancakes are as tender as they should be!! It was really nice! I’ll let you discover the recipe…
Ingredients:
150 g flour 1 sachet vanilla
sugar 2 eggs
6 g baking powder 1/2 sachet
2 natural yoghurt or 250 g
sunflower oil for cooking1 pinch of salt
Preparation: Simple yoghurt pancakes
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl in the order indicated and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat and oil a skillet over medium heat.
Add a small ladle of the mixture and roll it out to form a pancake. You can bake 2 pancakes at the same time.
As soon as bubbles have formed on the surface, use a spatula to flip the pancake.
Fry briefly on the other side until golden brown.
Note:
You can replace natural yogurt with sweetened natural yogurt and in this case do not add vanilla sugar to the dough.
