I don’t have time to buy breast meat. Chicken rolls with processed cheese and garlic – I’ve been making this for the 3rd day in a row (recipe)

So simple and so delicious! These chicken rolls can be served on a holiday table or simply prepared for dinner – they are always in great demand. I really like this recipe – the rolls turn out juicy and very flavorful. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

chicken breast fillet 4 pcs

processed cheese 1-2 pcs

cheese 100 gr

sour cream 150g

garlic 3 cloves

salt

spices

vegetable oil

green

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into layers, beat it, salt and pepper to taste.

Grate the processed cheese or chop it finely, add herbs, garlic, a little sour cream or mayonnaise.

Spread the cheese filling onto the chicken fillet, roll it up and secure with a toothpick.

Fry the rolls on both sides until light golden brown. Then transfer to a baking dish. You can just bring them to readiness, or you can mix sour cream and grated hard cheese and brush the rolls with this mixture on top – then they will be even juicier.

Bake the rolls in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish. Or you can cut it into pieces and serve as a snack.

Very tasty, simple and fast! Bon appetit, my dears!

NOTE: You can use regular hard cheese instead of processed cheese.
