Never throw away eggshells again!

Shells are natural sources of minerals. To be more precise, they are composed of 90% calcium, a mineral that our body easily absorbs because its chemical composition is identical to the structure of our bones and teeth.

Consumed correctly, calcium prevents osteoporosis, stimulates the production of blood cells and regulates blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Eggshells are also rich in iron, zinc, copper, manganese, fluorine, phosphorus, chromium and molybdenum.

Simply consume 1.5 to 3 grams of crushed eggshells per day to meet your daily calcium needs.

Here are some suggested uses.

1. To strengthen your body and cleanse your blood
Clean 5 eggshells and crush them perfectly. Pour them into 3 liters of water and keep this liquid in the refrigerator for 7 days. Drink 2 or 3 glasses a day, possibly adding lemon juice to improve the flavor.

2. To stimulate the thyroid gland
Clean 8 eggshells and crush them perfectly. Squeeze 2 lemons and add the juice to the peels. Keep in the refrigerator for a few days. When the shells are no longer rough, drain and add 1 liter of raki (50% alcohol) to the shells. Leave this mixture in the refrigerator for 7 days before using it. Drink 1 teaspoon 2 to 4 times a day after meals.

 3. For the treatment of gastritis and ulcers
Crush some egg shells and remove some with the blade of a knife. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 dl of hot milk. Drink this remedy twice a day, in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach, and before going to bed.
