Eggshells are often   thrown away along with the rest of the wet, leftover food. However, few people know that these shells contain an amount of calcium that absolutely cannot be wasted. It is known that the egg is one of the most complete foods that exist in nature, with a quantity of micronutrients and macronutrients that are  provided by the yolk and the white  . This ingredient is now considered a superfood, and most people make the mistake of throwing away the peel.

This wet part is actually essential for nourishing and caring for plants. Not only that, it becomes an ally for the garden and for the cultivation of some types of vegetables. Among the benefits that can be taken advantage of are:

One of the most used methods is eggshell flour, with results that can be almost immediate to obtain  the greatest possible amount of calcium and nitrogen.  When the shells are dry, pulverize them completely with a hammer or stone to obtain a flour. At this point, the flour is stored inside a jar and then distributed on the ground  as food.
