With this simple method we don’t have to wait months for the cherry tree to sprout: here’s the secret.
In May the beautiful days return and the temperature begins to rise so much that in the hottest hours someone already starts swimming in the sea. During this time we go on trips and excursions again and it is also possible to enjoy some wonderful products of nature. Among them are undoubtedly cherries , the very tasty cherry fruits that not only have a very pleasant taste, but also contain many beneficial elements for the body. Let’s think, for example, of potassium and phosphorus , but also vitamin A and vitamin C.
How to get the cherry plant to grow immediately: the quick and easy method
For all these reasons, many people want a cherry plant in their garden . However, giving birth to a cherry plant is not easy if you are a beginner and don’t know the best techniques.

That’s why it’s good to know how to give birth to the plant in a few days without having to incur large costs. The best technique is to rely on the stone inside the cherry.
The first thing you need to do, therefore, is to get some cherries that may be very ripe to increase the chances of finding suitable seeds in them that are ready to produce new seedlings.
How can you tell if a cherry is very ripe? Look closely at the color, it must be a beautiful deep red. Some grades of cherries have this color even when they are not very ripe, but in general you can’t go wrong with cherries that are characterized by this color.
To remove the pit in the cherry, simply eat the fruit and leave the pit , or cut the cherry open with a knife. After removing the stone, it must be cleaned as there should be no pulp residue left. Of course, the more hazelnuts we can harvest, the more seedlings we will get.
At this point, the next step is to sow the seed . However, before we see a seedling, we may even have to wait a few months. The goal is to speed things up.
This can be done with a very simple method, namely by creating a small crack or by removing the nucleus of the embryo from all the hard parts that surround it. To break the nut and create a crack, simply use a nutcracker.
After 40 days the plant begins to grow
If only the embryo is used, within a month or at most forty days the seedling begins to appear. The situation is different if you choose completely intact seeds, as it can even take five to six months.
Once this choice has been made, you can proceed with sowing . A small hole is made in the middle of a vase filled with soil using a teaspoon. The depth of the hole should be about one centimeter.

Once this step is completed, the stone or embryo is removed and inserted into the hole , covering it and evaporating everything with a little water. The soil must always be kept moist until the first sprout appears.
After about 40 days we will be able to see a root sprouting from the ground, which also produced the seed. After a few days, the seedling is already about two centimeters tall.
About a week after the seed germinates, the first leaves begin to appear . On the fifteenth day of life, the plant is about ten centimeters tall and begins to develop leaves. As the months go by we will notice further growth of the plant , although in the first year the development will take place mainly in the root system.
When the plant reaches a height of about one and a half meters and the diameter of the central trunk reaches 2 centimeters, it can be grafted to favor the production of large and tasty fruits.
