  • 300 gr of zucchini, which corresponds to 4 vegetables
  • 20 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 gr of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation

  1. First of all, you need to cut the two ends of the 4 zucchini, wash them and dry them very carefully.
  2. Once this is done, with the help of a knife, remove any bruised parts and cut the vegetables into slices, making sure that these are more or less half a centimeter in size.
  3. Then we move on to the basil leaves, which must be washed and dried, after which the garlic is taken, peeled and cut in half.

  1. At this point, if you are using the Thermomix, you have to put the oil and garlic in the mixing bowl, where for 3 minutes it is flavored at 100°C counterclockwise at speed 1. Then add the zucchini (which must also have been chopped) and for 5 seconds switch to speed 4.
  2. Then, using a spatula, move the mixture to the center of the mixing bowl and cook for 100 minutes at speed 1 at 10 minutes.
