The ingredients
● One liter of sheep’s milk;
● An organic natural yogurt without sugar;
● 1 half organic lemon.

● 1 meter of absorbent cotton gauze (found in pharmacies);
● 1 bottle;
● 1 mold.
The preparation method
● Start by heating your milk in a saucepan for 15 minutes over low heat without letting it boil;
● While the milk is heating, squeeze the juice from half a lemon using a citrus juicer if you have one or a fork;
● Remove the milk from the heat when 15 minutes have passed and gradually add the natural yogurt and lemon juice;
● Mix for a few seconds, then let your mixture sit for at least 3 hours;
● Once the 3 hours are up, take your absorbent cotton gauze and fold it several times on itself before placing it in a saucepan or container;
