Biscuits 8 glasses: very easy, without butter and without scales! The recipe
To make these biscuits you will need:
- 00 flour, 5 cups
- sugar, 1 cup
- milk, 1 cup
- chocolate chips, 1 cup
- sunflower oil, 1/2 cup
- baking powder, 1 sachet
- salt, 1 pinch
First of all, turn on the oven in static mode at a temperature of 180°C. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
Then, put the glass, flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl, using the glass as a dispenser. Stir vigorously and very quickly, using a wooden spoon.
Now add the milk and sunflower oil and start kneading using your hands and incorporating, little by little, the chocolate chips as well.
When you have obtained a homogeneous and smooth dough (chocolate chips aside), without the need to let it rest, dedicate yourself to the preparation of the individual morsels.
So take small portions of dough, roll them in your hands and then flatten them slightly on the baking sheet. You can choose the shape you prefer for these cookies: donut, classic elongated, teardrop, half moon, etc.
Once you have finished all the dough, bake for 20-25 minutes: they should be golden brown.
After the cooking time is over, allow them to cool completely before placing them in a tin box or airtight container.
If you wish, you can simply turn these biscuits into vegan biscuits by replacing cow’s milk with a plant-based drink of your choice, such as soy, rice or oat milk.
