Recipe in 15 minutes. Cookies that melt in your mouth: you’ll make them every day

Let’s talk about one of the current methods of making cookies.

Cookies ingredients:

flour – 250 g;
vanillin – a pinch;
salt – a pinch;
baking powder – 7 g;
powdered sugar – tbsp. l.;
butter – 120 g;
Greek yogurt – 100 g;
jam – 2 tbsp. l.;
coconut flakes

Preparing cookies:

Pour baking powder, vanillin, salt and powdered sugar into a bowl with flour. Place cold butter into the flour and rub until crumbly.

Place Greek yogurt into the crumbs, knead first with a spatula, and then with your hands into an elastic and non-sticky dough.

Place the dough on cling film and roll it out with a rolling pin into a not very thin layer.

We remove uneven edges from the layer, divide it into longitudinal strips 4-5 cm thick. Mix the jam with coconut flakes, lay out a path of filling along each strip of dough.

We pinch the edges of the dough of each strip and enclose the filling inside. Divide the resulting sausages into small tubes and place them on parchment at the bottom of a baking sheet.

Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

After baking, the cookies can be rolled in powdered sugar or coconut flakes.

The result is an original cookie; any jam is suitable for it.
