• plastic bottle
• rice vinegar
• Dishwashing liquid

2. To reduce the surface tension of the liquid, add 1 or 2 drops of   dish soap   (this step is essential as it will prevent flies from landing on the surface of the vinegar and flying away).
3. All you need to do is roll up a leaf to act as a funnel and insert it into your jar, leaving a hole for flies to enter.

How to catch flies with sugar and yeast?

1. Start by pouring 200ml of warm water into the bottom of a halved bottle.
2. Then add 50 g of brown sugar and mix until it dissolves completely.
