Ingredients:
Biscuits 500 g
Walnuts 90 g
Butter 150 g
Milk 200 ml
Sugar 120 gr
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Cocoa to taste (about 3 tablespoons)
Milk chocolate 140 g
Method of preparation:
Break the biscuits into small pieces with your hands.
Finely chop the walnuts.
Add them to the biscuits.
Mix everything well.
Pour the milk into the saucepan.
Add the regular sugar and vanilla.
Let’s send the chalk to the stove.
Add the cocoa.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring vigorously.

Add the softened butter.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly with the whisk.
Add the chopped walnuts or hazelnuts and mix well with a spatula.

We put the resulting mass on a sheet of food and form a roll.
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for an hour.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour into a deep container.
Cut the roll into slices.


The chocolate frosting should set.
