A yoghurt, 4 eggs and no sugar: the recipe with only 120 calories!
Ingredients
For this recipe we need:
eggs, four
plain yoghurts, 350 g
stevia, three tablespoons
cornstarch, three tablespoons
salt vanilla sugar, one teaspoon icingsugar, to taste for sprinkling
Preparation
Since it is a cake, the preliminary operations will be the usual: preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a cake pan of about twenty centimeters in diameter with parchment paper, which we can grease and flour or wet and wring to make it adhere well to the mold.
The next move is to crack the eggs by separating the yolks from the whites. Which egg whites we will have to whip until stiff with an electric whisk, not without first adjusting them with salt. The mixer should spin at maximum power for a five to six minutes.
As for the yolks, they should be worked together with the stevia until a uniform and frothy mixture is obtained, with a rather light color.
Now add the cornstarch, yogurt and vanilla sugar: mix these three ingredients and then, with a spatula, add the whipped egg whites. We will do this in three times, slowly and from the bottom to the top, so as to let the mixture get air.
Now all we have to do is pour this mixture into the cake pan that we prepared at the beginning, level and then put in the oven for thirty, forty minutes. After this period of time, turn off the oven without removing the cake and let it cool for at least 15 minutes, with the door open.
Then take it out of the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Good job, have fun and enjoy!
