•210 grams of sugar

•5 eggs

•1 sachet of yeast

•1.5 kg of apples, diced

•1 sachet of vanilla sugar

•310 grams of flour

•210 grams of butter

•Powdered sugar

Also very tasty  coconut nougat buttons

preparation

First, heat the butter and set it aside.

Now beat the sugar and eggs until frothy, then add the flour, vanilla sugar and yeast.

Now add the melted butter.

Finally, add the diced apples, spread everything on a baking tray and bake at around 211°C for around 35-45 minutes.

At the end, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
