You will need: 1 teaspoon of dry mallow, 250 ml. water, tea strainer.
Put the herb in a glass and pour boiling water over it, brew for 12-14 minutes and then strain and drink it while warm.
In acute cases, drink this tea 1-3 times a day.
External application of mallow
This usage is very simple.
Cut the plucked mallow plant (leaves) and apply the juice, on mallow, to a wound or place affected by a skin disease.
The juice from the leaves is actually the healing mucus that disinfects the wound and accelerates its healing.
Mallow decoction recipe – external application
You will need: 2 tablespoons of mallow, 3 cups of water, a tea strainer.
The dried mallow is put in a kettle and poured with boiling water.
Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Then strain it, if you don’t have a tea strainer, soak the warm tea on a clean towel or cotton swab and apply to a clean wound.
You can also do such compresses three times a day.
