Cockroaches: Many housewives face a problem with cockroaches. This happens even in cases where protective measures are taken in the bathroom.

They find a way through the sewer and then try to invade people’s homes through the siphon.

Cockroaches: Operation from the Floor Drain

The main function of the soil siphon is to remove the water that falls to the ground. The siphon, in addition to its obvious function, also serves to prevent the bad smell of the sewer.

The bathroom floor drain connects the three pipes, belonging to the shower/bathtub, the sink and the washing machine.

From that point, the water from the three fountains we mentioned, passes through the siphon and is led to the central drain where our friends the cockroaches are.

Cockroaches – Solution to the Cockroach Problem

Simply.. We add 1 tablespoon of very hot pepper (chili, cayenne or whatever you find) and pour a little water into our sink and bathtub respectively.

The pepper will not all go directly to the main drain but will be released into the pipes that have concentrated cigars.

This particular method has been used for many years by old plumbers and they use pepper 3 times a year as a result of which they have not seen a cockroach for years.
