Ingredients
We need: an egg; 80 grams of sugar; 80 milliliters of oil; 60 millilitres of milk; a tablespoon of jam; 10 grams of baking powder; 200 grams of flour; jam to taste; coconut flour to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the egg, 80 grams of sugar, oil, a tablespoon of jam (whatever you prefer) and 60 milliliters of milk, then start working everything with a hand whisk.
After mixing everything well, add the 200 grams of flour and baking powder, duly sifted, after which you resume working with a whisk with some energy.
When we have a smooth and creamy mixture, we dedicate ourselves to the muffin tins, which we butter with butter at room temperature.
Once this is done, pour in the dough that we made a little while ago, level and then put in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty-five minutes.
At this point we take our sweets out of the molds and brush them with jam, for example peaches, then we pass them in coconut flour, which will remain nice and sticky, given the layer of jam: the aesthetic effect is remarkable.
The last thing to do, for really sumptuous sweets, is to fill them with some rather liquid jam. It can be done with the help of a piping bag.
As it is in the best of the Arab tradition, at this point we are faced with sweets that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to taste.
Enjoy your meal!
