Golden Milk is a highly effective recipe that quickly restores the capillary network of blood vessels, cleans them, and helps combat salt deposits. In simpler terms, your knees won’t creak, and the soles of your feet won’t burn, even after a long walk or intense physical exertion. It improves complexion, helps with arthritis, and even rejuvenates the entire body.
Take a packet of yellow turmeric, preferably purchased from Indian spice stores, or, in extreme cases, from supermarkets, but not from markets. For some reason, it often lacks fragrance there, possibly because it’s stored in open bags or mixed with something foreign.
Take 50 grams of fine turmeric powder and add twice as much water, mixing it into a paste until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.
Put it on the stove and cook, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes.
You will get a thick brown paste. After it cools, transfer it into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. Usually, this quantity is enough for a 40-day course (once a year).
Before bed, boil a cup of milk, add a teaspoon of turmeric paste, and 1/4 teaspoon of almond oil – the recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of oil, but that is quite greasy!
Almond oil is sold in pharmacies or stores specializing in dietetic, health, or vegan foods, and also in supermarkets.
Place a teaspoon of honey in your mouth and wash it down with a glass of golden milk.
I want to warn you right away – I have never managed to completely dissolve the paste in the milk.
I scoop it with a spoon and drink it with milk and honey. It’s very delicious. After this evening milk, you will sleep like a baby, with total calmness and peace.
Turmeric is a natural antibiotic. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent.
It lowers temperature and relieves cough. Therefore, drink “GOLDEN MILK” before bed or in the morning, especially on an empty stomach.
It helps with joint and spine diseases as it restores intervertebral lubrication and removes calcium deposits. It also relieves pain from arthritis and osteochondrosis, making a tasty and aromatic “ginger tea.”
If you sit in front of a computer for long periods and experience excruciating neck pain, don’t rush to take painkillers. Instead, try ginger tea, as it effectively relieves pain for a long time.

If you’ve never used turmeric before, start with small doses, for example, a quarter teaspoon, to avoid allergic reactions. The key is moderation!
For Weight Loss! Turmeric helps reduce weight and cravings for fatty and sweet foods! Therefore, turmeric extract is often found in weight loss supplements.
If you start adding “weight-loss” spices like turmeric, basil, and coriander to your food, which activate the production of stomach enzymes and improve digestion, the food you consume will be transformed into energy, not fat.
