Homemade masks to repair damaged hair from the first application

The use and abuse of hair dyes or other products to style them, as well as straighteners or hair dryers, can damage our hair, creating damage that is very difficult to repair. Sometimes, all that’s left to do is cut your hair.

If your hair looks dull, has split ends, or you can’t take it anymore, you’ve probably already tried to rely on expensive creams and treatments, perhaps with no results or even with counterproductive results.

Fortunately, there are natural masks, which can be prepared at home, and which help us quickly regain the appearance and health of our hair.

Apply one of these masks at least three times a week, distributing it evenly over your entire hair (from scalp to ends) and leave on for about 30 minutes before rinsing.

  • Strawberries. Mix 7 strawberries with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and an egg.
  • Yoghurt. Mix 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Banana and honey. Grind the pulp of a banana and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Almonds. Mix 1 tablespoon of almond oil with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Mayonnaise. To a tablespoon of mayonnaise, add a few drops of essential oil to taste and mix.
  • Banana. Grind the pulp of a banana and apply to the hair.
  • Egg. Beat an egg well and apply it all over your hair.
  • Aloe vera and avocado. Grind half an avocado with 5 tablespoons of aloe vera pulp, 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Argan oil. Apply to all over the hair and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing.

Remember that consistency is the key to getting your hair back. Apply these masks as suggested above to enjoy all their incredible benefits.
