Strawberries are among the most loved and loved fruits in the world. An essential ingredient in candies and smoothies, strawberries taste delicious and are rich in therapeutic properties.
In this article, we explain how to grow strawberries at home, so you can have an infinite amount of them and enjoy them whenever you want. It’s a simple process that anyone can do.
To start, choose three ripe strawberries, which don’t have blackheads and aren’t too soft.
Apply light pressure to the tips of the strawberries and, using a knife, scoop out the seeds. Dry them well and put them on a plate. Collect about 20-30 seeds.
To grow strawberries, you need a pot that is about 25 cm deep and well-drained. You can use regular potting soil.
Using your finger, gently pick up about 7 to 8 seeds and scatter them on the ground. The seeds should not be buried, but should remain on the surface of the soil. Repeat the operation until all the seeds are deposited.
Drizzle the jar with a solution of one-third water and two-thirds hydrogen peroxide. Very few drops are enough.
Then, place the pot in a warm place, such as the kitchen. The strawberry plant needs about 6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day. Water twice a week, making sure to keep the soil moist at all times.
