Cut the stem using a clean, sanitized cutter, then put the piece inside the bottle filled with soil (you can also use a glass jar). Pour in water and rub the stem with a cotton ball to remove bacteria. With the wax of a candle, seal the ends and finally cover everything with plastic wrap. With a toothpick, make small holes in the plastic.

The bottle should be placed in a bright, humid place at a temperature not lower than 25°C. Water and mist daily. The plant will take about 4 months to germinate and the same operation can be repeated whenever you want.
