Growing Zamioculcas

1. Ideal Soil:

• Zamioculcas thrives in dry, sandy and nutrient-poor soil.
• The roots and rhizomes are adapted to withstand prolonged periods of drought.

1. Prevention of the Risk of Overwatering:

• Plant Zamioculcas in permeable soil with a slightly acidic pH.
• Use a mixture of potting soil, peat, sand, perlite or cactus substrate enriched with gravel or expanded clay to improve drainage.

1. Fertilization with Coffee Marker:

• Zamioculcas does not require intense fertilizers but can benefit from coffee marker.
• Mix ground coffee into the soil during transplanting to improve soil structure and drainage.
• Sprinkle ground coffee on the surface of the soil to release nutrients gradually.
• Add two teaspoons of ground coffee to a glass of water to water the plant as a fertilizer.
