1) Extract the core 

First of all, you should choose a good avocado, neither too soft nor too hard and without dark marks.

2) Prepare the core 

The core should be soaked for 30 minutes in hot water (35-40°C). Then the core must be dried in the sun or in a dry and ventilated place for 2-3 days, so that all traces of moisture disappear. After that, take the core and plant 3 or 4 chopsticks without pushing them too much. If you don’t have chopsticks, you can use matches. Then, put the core in a glass full of water, taking care that the rounded part is in the open air and the flat part in the water ; It should not touch the sides of the glass. 3) Plant the core 

After two to three weeks, you will see small growth and 1 to 2 cm roots. Now is the perfect time to plant it in a pot filled with potting soil. Keep the toothpicks in the core (to avoid damaging it), plant it, root it in the soil and leave the top of the core in the open air. Don’t forget to water the soil regularly : the soil must be moist until the first sprouts appear. After two weeks you should see the first leaves.

4) Expand the bush
