  • white wine vinegar , 1 l
  • fine salt, 1 kg.

Fill a large, tall saucepan with water, place on the stove, and bring to a boil. Add the salt and let it dissolve completely. Mix carefully and transfer everything to a funnel, now pour in the vinegar and get to work, sprinkling the solution on the herb.
