      To take cuttings from a geranium, these are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Choose a healthy stem 15 cm long with at least 5 leaves and that has not yet flowered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Cut the stem just above a node with disinfected scissors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Remove the shoots and lower leaves, keeping the upper leaves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Let the cutting soak in water for a few minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Fill a pot or bucket with a mixture of soil, peat and river sand or a special soil for cuttings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Plant the stem in the substrate, taking care not to break it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Tamp down the soil around the plant and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
