Everyone in our family loved \u201cGerman\u201d cutlets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fragrant, soft and juicy cutlets with mustard &#8211; it\u2019s not a sin to put this dish on the holiday table.&nbsp;Now everyone in my family loves only these cutlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To prepare you will need the following ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>any minced meat, 1 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>onions, 1 \u2013 2 pcs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loaf, 3 slices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eggs, 2 pcs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garlic, 1 clove;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mustard, 2 tsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>milk, 100 ml;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt, pepper, spices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooking process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use minced meat to your liking; cold cuts are also great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soak the loaf in milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Squeeze the loaf and mix with minced meat, add eggs, grated garlic, onion, salt, pepper and spices to your taste.&nbsp;Fresh herbs won\u2019t hurt either; if you don\u2019t have any, add dry aromatic herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shustryak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Screenshot_28-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9664\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the minced meat well and add mustard, mix the minced meat, beat and leave for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tip<\/strong>&nbsp;: beat the minced meat for at least 10 minutes so that it is well saturated with oxygen, which will make the cutlets juicy and soft.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shustryak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Screenshot_31-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9666\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve with a variety of side dishes and sauces, and fresh vegetable salads.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fragrant, soft and juicy cutlets with mustard &#8211; it\u2019s not a sin to put this dish on the holiday table.&nbsp;Now everyone in my family loves only these cutlets.
