If the brewer&#8217;s yeast deteriorates and is therefore no longer valid, its color will change from a pleasant beige to a pale gray, or mold-like spots may appear on its surface. If you observe these changes, brewer&#8217;s yeast will no longer be suitable for your culinary preparations. However, it may not show any visible changes.
