So, you were right,  do not throw away the onion peel but reuse it. <\/strong> If you don’t have a garden and don’t grow anything, you can always use them to enrich the soil of the ornamental plants you have at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its use  will give a phenomenal result. <\/strong> But let’s see how you use them.  A first method is to bury them<\/strong>  as they are, waiting for them to release the nutrients that the soil needs. Or if you want to have a faster result, it is advisable to cook them before burying them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they must be used for growing tomatoes, it is advisable to prepare a decoction. <\/strong> Boil the onion skins and then let them cool in a cool place for 2 days. Finally filter and dilute the decoction with water, making sure to use one part of the decoction and three of water. Now you can pour the mixture obtained into the soil immediately next to the tomato plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can do the same procedure to grow cucumbers,<\/strong>  which must be watered with 3 liters of this compound for each square meter.   In addition to this use, the compound  can be sprayed on the leaves of plants<\/strong>  to  combat possible fungal diseases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another use for onion peels is to spray the compound on infested plants<\/strong>  . Prepare the product by boiling two buckets of water and one bucket of onion skins. As mentioned above,  they can also be used to feed indoor ornamental plants<\/strong>  . 8 liters of water are boiled with an amount of onion skins inside that fits in 1 liter of water. This product obtained is preserved in a small tank, which is closed and left to rest for a day. It is then used by watering the soil of the plants, without spraying it on their leaves.
