I have never seen such delight"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almost all housewives prefer to serve potatoes prepared in different ways as a side dish on the holiday table.&nbsp;I also think that such a side dish is the most successful option that goes well with any salads and appetizers.&nbsp;I offer my potato recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To prepare you will need the following ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>potatoes, 8 &#8211; 9 pcs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>butter, 100 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sour cream, 2 tablespoons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grated cheese, 70 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garlic, 4 \u2013 5 cloves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt, third tsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pepper, dill, parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooking process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boil potatoes in salted water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the sauce, melt the butter or simply remove it from the refrigerator in advance and soften it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add sour cream, garlic cheese, passed through a press, finely chopped dill and parsley to the butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tip<\/strong>&nbsp;: instead of fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs and any herbs and spices for potatoes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir the sauce until smooth, taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The potatoes need to be cooled and cut into halves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover a baking sheet with parchment and lay out potato wedges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a teaspoon of sauce on each slice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped garlic and herbs and smoked paprika.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almost all housewives prefer to serve potatoes prepared in different ways as a side dish on the holiday table.&nbsp;I also think that such a side dish is the most successful [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":535,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-534","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>For main course, the guests were served \u201cFestive Potatoes\u201d.
