Cookies that melt in your mouth: you&#8217;ll make them every day<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s talk about one of the current methods of making cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cookies ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">flour &#8211; 250 g;<br>vanillin &#8211; a pinch;<br>salt &#8211; a pinch;<br>baking powder &#8211; 7 g;<br>powdered sugar &#8211; tbsp. l.;<br>butter &#8211; 120 g;<br>Greek yogurt &#8211; 100 g;<br>jam &#8211; 2 tbsp. l.;<br>coconut flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparing cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour baking powder, vanillin, salt and powdered sugar into a bowl with flour. Place cold butter into the flour and rub until crumbly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place Greek yogurt into the crumbs, knead first with a spatula, and then with your hands into an elastic and non-sticky dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the dough on cling film and roll it out with a rolling pin into a not very thin layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remove uneven edges from the layer, divide it into longitudinal strips 4-5 cm thick. Mix the jam with coconut flakes, lay out a path of filling along each strip of dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.recipes-eng.top\/186fcba7-9b31-49df-a19e-7574d9df7cc7\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7667\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We pinch the edges of the dough of each strip and enclose the filling inside.
