Only 280 calories!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The recipe for cloud bread pizza, an original and very light recipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Prep<\/em>&nbsp;Time: 15 minutes&nbsp;<em>Cook: 15<\/em>&nbsp;minutes&nbsp;<em>Total Time: 30 minutes<\/em><em>Servings: 1 pizza<\/em><br><em>Calories: 280<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 ml egg white<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr of 0% yoghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml tomato puree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>About 2 gr of Parmesan cheese (which corresponds to 1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder (baking soda is also fine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 slices of light cheese or grated mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh basil or, if you prefer, oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, pepper and spices to taste according to your personal taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To start, line a baking tray with parchment paper and&nbsp;<strong>preheat the oven to a temperature of 150\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once this is done, take the egg and divide (in two separate bowls) the yolk from the white, after which the latter must be&nbsp;<strong>whipped firmly until stiff.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instead, in the bowl of the egg yolk we will add the yogurt, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper and spices,<strong>&nbsp;mixing all the ingredients together.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once this operation is completed, pour the cream obtained with the yolk very slowly into the bowl of egg white and with a spatula moving from the bottom to the top incorporate the two mixtures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then you have to divide the dough to roll it out in the pan, after which with the help of a spoon as much as possible you will try to give your pizza a circular shape as possible, then&nbsp;<strong>we will put it in the oven for 2 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this small amount of time, we take out the pan, take some grated cheese and use it to garnish our pizza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this point, cover and bake everything and let it finish cooking (<strong>10 minutes<\/strong>), then after turning off the oven, take out the dough again and pour over it the previously cooked tomato puree and more cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, put the pizza back in the oven and wait for the cheese to melt completely, then take it out of the oven and add the fresh basil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you like a recipe?
