3 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
100 ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n
200 ml natural yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
150g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 pack of baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n
olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n
maple syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n
preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Total time approx. 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whisk the eggs into a nice light foam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix milk and natural yoghurt, I use about 200 ml of yoghurt, the rest milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also use more or less yogurt, depending on what you have on hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This makes the pancakes really thick and juicy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, milk-yoghurt mixture, salt and sugar to the eggs and continue to stir well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If necessary, add a little more milk if the dough is too thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But it should be pretty thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heat the pan on a medium heat, add about a teaspoon of oil at a time and fry the whole dough into pancakes one after the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Important! Use very little oil and fry slowly, i.e. on a medium level, not too hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Taste great with maple syrup, sugar beet syrup or with fruit and quark.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
