These insects like damp and dark corners of our homes, which is why they are most often noticed in bathrooms or near bookshelves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Silverfish, or Lepisma saccharina<\/strong>, are small, silver-colored<\/strong> insects that move very quickly, are harmless and reproduce easily. Below we explain how to get rid of these insects for good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first trick is to put some lavender oil<\/strong> in the favorite corners of these insects. The aroma of lavender drives away silverfish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can also put lavender bags<\/strong> in every corner of the house. To make the aroma even more intense, add a few drops of essential oil. A couple of days will be enough to no longer see these annoying insects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another very effective trick is to prepare a real trap for silverfish<\/strong>. Pour some oatmeal into a jar, which you will then wrap with tape.
