For the biscuit base:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tablespoons of hot water<\/p>\n\n\n\n

125 grams of sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sachet of vanilla sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

75 grams of flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

75 g of corn starch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 teaspoons of baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the cream:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

300 grams of cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

300 g of sour cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 packs of powdered cream (paradise cream lemon)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cans of mandarins<\/p>\n\n\n\n

preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total time approximately 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a homemade base, beat the eggs and hot water with the hand mixer at maximum speed for 1 minute until the mixture is frothy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and sprinkle, stirring for 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beat for another 2 minutes until creamy. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and work gradually from the lowest level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake in a springform pan lined with baking paper on the middle shelf at 175 \u2013 200 \u00b0C top\/bottom heat until the sponge is lightly browned, looks like cotton and is no longer shiny (after 20 \u2013 30 minutes) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave to cool on a wire rack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the sour cream with the cream and stir in the powdered cream of heaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix the drained mandarins with the cream and distribute the mixture on the base of the cake (use a pastry cutter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very tasty too:\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>simply amazing! Lemon yogurt cake<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sour cream can also be partially replaced with low-fat yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
