    1. Start by preheating the oven to 160\u00baC. In the meantime, prepare a mold: put the parchment paper on it and brush it with a little butter so that it does not stick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Heat the milk slightly and mix it with the honey. Book it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Take the egg whites and beat them until stiff. Still whisking, I added the sugar little by little until it is well integrated and you get a firm meringue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Add the egg yolks to this meringue, but one at a time and with enveloping movements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Add the sifted self-rising flour. Cut it into pieces and carefully, so that the dough does not lose air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Once the flour was incorporated, I added the combination of milk and honey and stirred gently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. I poured this mixture into the mold. Gently tap it to remove any air bubbles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Place in the oven and bake until the cake returns to its original shape when you touch the surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and remove it from the mold, letting it cool. It is good to cover it with plastic wrap so that it retains moisture and does not get crushed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. After a few hours, it is ready to slice and enjoy. The ideal portions are slightly thick slices, perfect to accompany a mate or coffee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
