From quick preparation to incredible flavor, this dessert will become your ace up your sleeve for any occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So read on and find out how you\u2019ll be enchanted by this clever culinary trick!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the recipe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Ingredientes\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 gr of puff pastry dough<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml of water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 ml of Milk Cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr of powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr of frozen berries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr of cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr of cocoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr of Coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml Vanilla Essence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr of whipped cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr of caramel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We invite you to follow each step of the complete recipe with a unique decoration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Preparacion\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To start, preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, take the puff pastry, prick it with a fork and brush it with water all over the surface of the dough. Also, it is sprinkled with sugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 180\u00b0 C, for 25 minutes until golden and crispy. Place it in a springform mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the 200 gr of confectioners\u2019 sugar to the cream (700 ml) and beat with an electric mixer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next step, pour the whipped cream over the puff pastry in the mold and smooth the surface. Let\u2019s reserve some of the cream for the final decoration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, it goes straight to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, in a pot, cook the frozen berries with 250 grams of sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and let cool for about 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, pour part of the berry mixture over the cake with the cream and add the reserved cream on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue with the other layer of the berry mixture and take it to the refrigerator for 30 more minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another pot, heat the milk with the cocoa, coffee, 40 g of sugar and vanilla essence until boiling. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the whipped cream to the cooled milk mixture and pour over the cooled baked pastry dough.
