The best location is near an eastern window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originating from the humid jungle, it prefers moist but not too wet soil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It loves to have water sprayed on its leaves and if you do this every day, it will have beautiful, healthy leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For fertilization, use a complete fertilizer and feed the plant once every two weeks in spring and summer (from April to September).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In autumn and winter, the plant needs rest and during this period it is better not to fertilize it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What to do if the plant does not thrive?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite its easy care, it can happen that, during the cultivation of this plant, it becomes sick or stops thriving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The leaves start to dry, it stops flowering or the leaves wilt. All these problems can be caused by different factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inadequate light<br>If the plant has a lack of light, the leaves lose color, the tips turn yellow and the stems bend. If, on the contrary, the radiation is too intense, the leaves are covered with burns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excess water<br>The roots begin to rot and the leaves turn black.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of water<br>The leaves are small and withered, they are no longer as beautiful and elastic as before.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pest attack<br>Check the leaves from the underside and, if pests are present, treat them with an appropriate fungicide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other problems<br>Poorly blooming<br>Never forget to remove faded flowers and leaves in time. The longer you leave them on the plant, the more nutrients they consume and the fewer flowers the plant will have. If it has not flowered for a while, it may be lacking some minerals and in this case provide it with an adequate nutrient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tips of the leaves turn yellow and dry.<br>In this case, the plant lacks moisture and needs more moisture. It is not necessary to water it more, but it is enough to spray water on the leaves.
